JOURNAL CLUB: Multi‐dimensionality as a path forward in plant‐soil feedback research

Introducing Journal Club! A new initiative from Journal of Ecology, in which we present a discussion between several authors of a paper, allowing viewers to gain further insight into the article, and aiming to facilitate engagement between authors and readers. Watch the video, and then join the authors online for a live Twitter Q&A!

In our first Journal Club instalment, Lesley Forero talks to Michael Gundale and Paul Kardol about their Sprent Review article: Multi‐dimensionality as a path forward in plant‐soil feedback research. Michael and Paul discuss their backgrounds in PSF, why PSFs aren’t just chalked-up as noise, how they went about designing their figures, what research they’d like to see inspired by their paper, and finally what advice they have for people who want to write a review article.

If you’d like to chat to the authors about their research, join us for a JOURNAL CLUB Q&A session, live on Twitter, and tag them in your questions:
