Sandra Chung (@sandramchung) and Jacquelyn Gill (@jacquelyngill) led a workshop at the Ecological of Society Meeting in Portland, OR on social media titled “Social Media for Collaboration, Outreach and Impact”.

Sandra and Jacquelyn talked mostly about how to use Twitter, the de facto social media tool these days.

Following the social media workshop, there was chatter on the #esasocial hashtag on Twitter about social media.  I created a very short Storify to let other people tell the story here.
