[EcoGist]: Plant functional group identity and diversity determine invasion resistance

In our fifth podcast in the EcoGist series I read a description of research in a recent paper by Chaeho Byun, a graduate student at McGill University, and colleagues. Their paper was on how functional group identity and diversity determine biotic resistance to invasion by an exotic grass. Read the paper in the journal here. The paper is free to access, as it is part of the first issue of 2013 (101:1) which is open access.
